Daily, your tasks are:

- Transform the team with the skills necessary to execute this plan while maintaining short-term delivery on current requests;
- Be close to the Front Office and integrate their business issues into the team;
- Drive budget and optimize resources; Collaborate with other pretrade teams to deliver effectively by following our best practices (for example, architecture and DevSecOps).

The position is based in Paris and we work 10 days per month, 15 to 17 RTT days per year, on-site services such as catering, the gym or corporate concierge. Our remuneration is composed of a fixed amount, an annual bonus and a corporate savings scheme including profit sharing, participation and bonus payments.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education, you have at least 7 years of experience in information systems (IS) management functions.

You are proficient:

- The business issues of market making rates and credit desks;
- The technical challenges to be met in order to support the development of trading;
- The animation and management of high-level technical profiles;
- The concepts of market making, hedge, PnL and risk for fixed income products.

You are:

- Problem solving and resilience;
- A leader at heart and a team player;
- Good listener and communicator.

You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
