**Are you interested in teamwork, creativity, and positive contributions?** **Region MED > SBU MED Service >**Master Scheduling France Part of the Service Organization, Fleet Coordination has an important part in maintaining the most efficient and sustainable fleet including Service vans and Benefit Cars across the France area. **Responsibilities** - Coordinate all fleet demands from our internal customers ensuring on time deliveries full filled with quality and safety standards, according to MED driving Policy. - You will report to Service Operation Support Team, and you will be part of MED Fleet Coordinator Community. - He will be a key contact for the suppliers within the fleets management including find and assist selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting. - Monitor and manage the actual fleet. - Analyzes cost, spends and requests. Create analysis reports and propose cost saving initiatives. - Facilitate continuous improvement programs both internally and at the suppliers with special focus on safety, supplier optimization and standardization. - Ensure adherence to KPI's in regard to safety, quality, cost, and delivery. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent, university degree - Fluent written and verbal English - Proficient in MS Office - SAP knowledge - Experience with fleet management (min 3 Years) or logistic (a plus) **Competencies** - Advanced time management and organizational skills - Problem-solving oriented - High written and verbal communication skills - Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others **What we offer** We offer an exciting job in a diverse, international environment.
