Nous recherchons un chef de projet ou une cheffe de projet dynamique et organisé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'exécution et de la clôture des projets, tout en garantissant que les objectifs sont atteints dans les délais impartis et selon le budget alloué. Ce poste exige un leadership fort et des compétences en communication pour coordonner efficacement les équipes et les parties prenantes.

**Job description**

Nous recherchons un program manager junior dans le département tech de DataScientest. L’objectif de ce rôle est d’améliorer le parcours utilisateur au maximum pour développer la satisfaction et faire rayonner DataScientest en France et à l’international.

Tu seras géré directement par la Lead Program Manager et en contact avec les cofondateurs de DataScientest.

Les missions principales seront les suivantes:
**Suivi des apprenants**
- Améliorer la satisfaction apprenant grâce à un suivi renforcé
- Augmenter le taux de complétion
- Développer les entretiens de suivi de formation
- Mise en place d’une stratégie de monitoring, suivi des KPIs et stratégies correctrices

**Gestion de projets**
- Lancement des promotions
- Stratégie commerciale : parrainage, ambassadeur, upsell
- Refonte des process actuels pour les actualiser et les améliorer
- Participation à l’effort de documentation et de scalabilité de nos process

**Les apports du stage**
- Développement des connaissances en data, possibilité de s’autoformer à l’infini
- Premier pas très concret dans le monde de la tech
- Responsabilités rapide et montée en compétences
- Rôle de coordination et transverse entre tous les départements

- Stage de 6 mois, césure ou fin d’études
- Alternance : format 4 jours en entreprise par semaine
- Rémunération attractive
- Télétravail partiel possible
- Prise en charge à 50% des titres de transport
