Notre équipe d’experts accompagne nos clients pour leurs besoins ponctuels en Customer Success. Nos clients sont des entreprises de toutes tailles.

Nous aidons nos clients à maintenir et à optimiser leur satisfaction client grâce à la mise à disposition de ressources dédiées qui pourront les accompagner sur des besoins opérationnels.

Nous proposons également la structuration d’équipe CSM. À travers des prestations de conseil, nous accompagnons nos clients dans le choix d’outils adaptés à leurs besoins, la mise en place de process, la formation des équipes internes, etc.

**Tes futures missions**:

- Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main d’une solution / d’un produit : les former, les conseiller, répondre au mieux à leurs besoins et leurs attentes.
- Suivre leur progression et s’assurer qu’ils arrivent en régime de croisière
- Assurer la fidélisation clients et favoriser l’upsell, le cross-sell, la recommandation client, mais surtout éviter le churn
- Rédiger de la documentation pour partager les bonnes pratiques avec les utilisateurs, mais aussi en interne.
- Construire des reportings te permettant de suivre correctement les utilisateurs.

**Connaissances et compétences requises**
- Tu sais ce que veut dire Customer Success Manager
- Tel un caméléon, tu sais t’adapter rapidement à un nouvel environnement.
- Tu comprends le fonctionnement et l’utilité d'un CRM
- La relation client n’a pas de secret pour toi, tu es empathique, et avec un très bon relationnel.
- Tu es autonome et organisé(e).
- Tu n’hésites pas à donner ton avis et challenger tes interlocuteurs.
