Merchandising Specialist Emea

**Purpose of Role**

The role of Merchandising Assistant is responsible for on site search performance and content management to enhance the customer experience and improve SEO performance of key product categories and industry sectors for Univar Solutions websites.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Managing search synonyms, stop words and Search redirects to Improve the performance of on site search
- Creating and curating content pages for search results to enhance customer experience and improve on site SEO
- Identify key search terms and adapt content to improve SEO performance of key pages
- Work closely with central marketing team to create and optimise industry experiences and create parity across local websites
- Assist Merchandising Manager with on-page product content
- Must have a keen eye for detail and be customer centric in their approach
- Help to create a consistent process for new product additions to ensure quality of data

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Degree or equivalent. Ideally in Marketing but not essential.
- Fluent in both English and French
