Sales Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst. This position will primarily focus on managing maintenance renewals and invoicing processes.
**Responsibilities**:
Maintenance Renewals Management:
- Monitor and track maintenance contracts to ensure timely renewals.- Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to facilitate renewal processes.- Generate renewal quotes and proposals as needed.
Invoicing:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.- Verify billing details and resolve any discrepancies.- Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely billing and payment processing.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance contracts, renewals, and invoices in the CRM system.- Update and manage customer information as needed.
About you- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.- fluent in french and english- 1-2 years experience- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.- Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
