Senior HR Business Partner
YOUR IMPACT
Reporting to the Regional HRD, you will operate from one of the country’s parts of the Region, with 2 different levels of responsibility:
Globally or partially in charge of the regional teams of an ELT: local HR support and complex problem-solving
Local responsibilities, specifically based on social affairs and the relation with the Work councils, national unions and instances.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Provide solutions to all day-to-day HR issues, drawing on the technical expertise of dedicated departments (HR Centers of Expertise) such as disciplinary matters, HR partnering, legal affairs, personnel administration, etc.
- Assists managers in understanding human resources issues and developing their teams.
- Steer new joiners on-boarding and propose/trigger the training needed to support business growth; additionally helping with performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession plans.
- Manages and negotiates the departure of individual employees.
- Deploy Group HR processes locally, considering the specific features of each local legislation and culture, with a view to alignment and harmonization: of values, benefits, etc.
- Active participation in more global Group HR projects, often with an international dimension
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- A minimum of 13 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
- Deep understanding of HR Processes, especially but not only in France, solid knowledge in liaison with works councils, negotiation skills
- Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Being a team player, and having the ability to lead with full autonomy on the topics you’re in charge of
- A knowledge of the software industry and the market is a plus
