The Challenge
- The events team is part of the Art and Dev department at Adobe 3D & Immersive. We organize events worldwide to promote Substance 3D tools and create wonderful experiences for our users and community. We also deliver Events targeting different industries for pro 3D users such as Gaming, VFX, Fashion and product design and we also are part of the overall Metaverse conversation.
- What you will do
- We have in-person events and online presence with stakeholders' speeches and presentations, live streams. (Self-produced or third party produced)
- Our goal is to program, plan and coordinate all events for successful results.
- Your main mission will be to assist the Senior Event coordinator with all the logistic coordination, making sure we stay on budget, coordinate with providers and external agencies as well as with internal stakeholders.
- Build reports and follow key performance indicators (KPIs).

What you need to succeed
- You will help the team with logistic coordination and detailed event-planning tasks.- Event planning - a background in event planning is key in this role, as most events have many elements that need to work together to create a positive experience for our team and our guest speakers.-
- Project management - experience with project management principles and best practices is extremely helpful in this role to ensure those event elements are organized, and event teams stay on schedule. Keep track of deliverables and timeline-
- Vendor relationship management: event project manager will work with many vendors leading up to events-
- Logistics skills - this role requires significant- logistics planning
- and management, so the ability to make decisions about several logístical elements of an event is essential for event project managers-
- Budget management - event project managers also oversee financial elements of event planning and execution, so budget and financial management skills are vital-
- Communication skills - effective written and verbal communication is also essential in this role, since event project managers need to work with internal teams, clients, and external vendors-
- Flexible working hours, we synchronize a lot with the US and Asia.-
- Report and review - Keep track of post-event review (KPIs, feedback)- This role based in France is for a duration of 5 months (CDD).
