Take action and ownership, ensuring a magical client experience while aiming to be a leader, a nurturer, a natural connector with a passion for helping others grow Are a powerful communicator, handling your colleagues and clients with personal care and empathy Are passionate about the client experience with in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Communicate and storytelling with conviction, you master the ability to listen and ask the right questions; - Act and think first of the employee and client relationship; - Empower team members with autonomy to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm for a positive team spirit; - Think innovatively of new ways of creating value and increasing the client experience; - Support your colleagues to transform each client experience into dreamlike moments for the client by creating a hand-crafted experience; - Create a long-term, authentic bond with your colleagues by fostering growth, listening with respect and inclusion; - Be a liaison, on the sales floor, between your colleagues and the store manager to drive and achieve individual and team objectives and act as a mentor to the team by proactively offering insights, reflections, and experiences; - Support the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a handcrafted 360° experience for the client; - Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment; - Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives; - Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomes; - Actively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment. **KEY REQUIREMENTS** - Ability to drive business and ensure the store goals are met - Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills with attention of detail and accuracy - Genuine interest and love for the brand, fashion and styling, paired with excellent product knowledge - Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service - Retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service experience required - Communicate honestly, openly and constructively - Contribute to an inclusive culture of diverse styles and talents working toward a clear purpose - Bachelor’s degree or above - Fluent spoken and written French and English, an additional language is a plus - Digital awareness and interest, with an ability to comfortably use social media, e-com sites, instant messaging services - Minimum 3 years of Store Management experience, preferably in La Vallée village - Experience from a luxury brand is a must You will work closely with: - Retail Team (Operations, In Store Sales, VM, Retail Excellence) - CRM Team - Local and HQ Stock Operations and Logistic Team - HR Team - Finance & Admin Team LI-FI - Location: Paris, FR- Employment Type: Full time- Function: Retail- Seniority: Professional
