With 18.000 employees and $7B revenue, we are the leader for Human Capital Management and Finance transformation (digital back office). This internship opportunity offers a great launch pad into one of the fastest growing enterprise technology and SaaS companies in the world. Internally, we are the strategic advisors to Sales and Country Leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on account strategy, craft early value messaging, and develop experiences that showcase Workday's differentiation throughout sales cycle. Externally we collaborate with senior executives at prospective customers to identify their business challenges and align the value and impact of Workday's technology to the strategic objectives of the company. About the Role As a part of our Value Management team, you will have the opportunity to discover and work in close collaboration with our sales, solution consultants, professional services and marketing teams. You will have the pride and satisfaction of seeing the impact of your work on the business. This is a 3-6month programme ending 1/31/24 to support you to be successful in a potential full time role. **Responsibilities**: - Overall responsibilities may include researching prospective and existing customers’ companies, preparing value case models and presentations, or assisting with developments of point-of-views.- As we complete the interview process, we will strive to identify an internship project that meet your development objectives, while fitting with your background (skills) and the need of our organization (e.g. lead a pipeline generation initiative, conduct a benchmark with customers, ect.). About You Basic Qualifications- Experience (incl. internships) in one or more of the following: management consulting, corporate/business strategy or M&A advisory, HR or Finance functional roles, market analysis, building value propositions or value selling- Fluency in English and French- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint- We are open to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.
