**Job description**:
In the context of a complex and rapidly evolving battery value chain, of a competitive landscape dominated by Asian players, of a battery technology requiring important R&D and CAPEX investments, the ACC Planning Resources Management function is responsible for mapping, consolidating and managing the demand for both customer and industrial projects, and ensuring that the company's financial, human (headcounts, human skills), and assets (prototypes manufacturing, prototypes testing) resources are appropriately allocated to meet this demand, on the short/mid-term (active programs and activities) and long-term (strategic opportunities under consideration).

The Planning Resources Manager is responsible for the following actions:

- Consolidate the existing and the forecasted resources of the company: financial, human (headcounts, human skills), and assets (e.g. prototypes manufacturing, prototypes testing,).
- Consolidate the existing allocation and the future demand for resources from customer projects, industrial projects and strategic opportunities.
- Identify gaps between demand and resources, propose priorities to the ExCom based on the added value of each project to the company.
- Contribute, in collaboration with Finance team, to develop/update the costing assumptions & model of human resources and assets.
- Work closely with the VP Strategy, Sales and Marketing to ensure that resources are allocated in the most efficient and effective way possible.
- Challenge the ExCom members to ensure that the company's resources are allocated appropriately.
- Provide regular reports to the VP Strategy, Sales and Marketing and to the ExCom on resource allocation and demand management.

She / he should be able to work directly with ACC ExCom members and address senior executives of various entities, to assist/challenge them on resources mapping and optimal allocation across the company.

She / he should be an experienced manager, strongly business minded, able to address a Volatile Uncertain Complex Ambiguous VUCA environment while proposing pragmatic proposals. She / he should have leadership, synthetical and effective communication, negotiation skills, team spirit to coordinate efficiently all ACC functions transversely. She / he would need to have a previous operational experience in the automotive industry, either with an OEM or a Tier1 player.

She / he will report to the VP Strategy, Sales & Marketing.

**Profile**:
**Knowledge / Know how**

Knowledgeable person about automotive area, strong experience within an OEM or a Tier1 supplier.

Previous experience of Planning Resources management in a matrix organization, ideally on large complex programs.

**Experience (domain, number of years)**

At least 10 years of experience.

**Qualifications (diplomas, )**

Fully fluent in French and in English mandatory. Capability in German is a strong plus.

**Location**

ACC office (Paris, Bordeaux), combined with remote work aligned with operational priorities. Some traveling required.
Localization in Bordeaux is a plus.
