**What you will be doing**
- Enhancing cloud-native backends with the latest AWS serverless technologies.
- Conducting thorough code reviews to uphold best practices, team standards, and client needs.

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Spending time on trivial bug fixes or enhancements in obsolete codebases.
- Managing cumbersome infrastructure to maintain poorly designed products.
- Getting entangled in endless meetings about roadmaps and priorities or chasing after colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- At least 2 years as the principal technical contributor for a development team or software product.
- Proficiency in employing generative A.I. in daily development tasks.
