**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**Position Summary**:
The Group Learning PMO is a strong support to the Head of Group Learning to build and execute the AXA Learning strategy in an international and complex environment. The Strategic Planner/PMO has a 360° view on all Learning topics at AXA via a strong steering/coordination/follow-up of governance bodies and key stakeholders, which enable the Strategic Planner/PMO to raise visibility and impact of the Learning function.

**Dimensions of the role**:

- AXA Corporate Center, supporting 160 000 employees in 60 countries, highly international environment
- Deep ongoing reorganization of the Corporate Center,
- Deep ongoing transformation of the Learning function
- 3 main governance bodies to be considered on a daily business: Talent & Learning Leadership Team (TLLT), Learning Leadership Team (LLT) and HR Leadership Team (HRLT)

**Key Responsabilities**:
**Group Learning strategy**
- Support the Group Head of Learning in refining the AXA Learning strategy and building the roadmap, therefore contributing to the transformation of the Learning function at AXA and positioning learning as business critical in the organisation.
- Steer working groups with Group & entity stakeholders (L&Ds and other business stakeholders) to enrich strategy and action plans.
- Support the Group Head of Learning in preparing the support material as well as presenting strategy and projects in the relevant governance bodies, committees, communities and internal partnerships (roadshows)
- Contribute to building the narrative and storytelling (from “case for change” to building a concrete vision of our target organisation )
- Contribute to breaking silos by continuing to work of close collaboration / co-creation with the other departments and functions (within Group HR but also with Innovation teams etc.)
- Perform market watch to keep track of external market trends & innovations, and therefore fuel AXA learning strategy with an innovative and disruptive approach.

**Learning Leadership Team & L&D community**
- Learning Leadership Team (LLT) governance and animation: design the agenda and experience, manage and facilitate the calls, seminars, workshops, etc.
- Ensure all strategic topics and decisions seamlessly flow between Group Learning team, TLLT and the LLT members (and beyond as needed)
- Lead and grow the global L&D community

**Dedicated support to the Group Head of Learning**
- Build ad-hoc action plans to raise visibility on the learning mission and initiatives, as well as its impact (stakeholder management plan, roadshow, committee preparation ). Consequently, prepare material and talking points to support the Group Head of Learning.
- Represent the Group Head of Learning with a 360° view on Group Learning topics & strategy.
- Oversee and prepare all important governance milestones (Management Committee, HRLT, Group HR meeting ) with the support of the Group Learning experts.

**Group Learning team coordination**
- Build a 360° view on all Group Learning topics to support the Group Head of Learning in managing the team, anticipating road blockers to projects delivery, seizing interdependencies in and outside the team
- Support the Group Head of Learning in preparing team meetings & seminars accordingly with Group Learning strategy and current priorities

**Comprehensive HR and business approach**
- Build strong ties with HR & business stakeholders (like Executive Assistants and PMOs) to anchor the Group Learning visibility & impact in a Group momentum and company strategy.
- Adapt to Group reorganization, governance and committees changesto support the Group Head of Learning in seizing impacts & interdependencies on Group Learning strategy and action plan.

**Leading transversal projects**
- Lead transversal projects in the Group Learning scope (project definition, management and execution)

**Reporting/ Working Relationships**:

- Reporting to the Group Head of Learning
- Very frequent working relations with Group Head of Learning direct reports and the TLLT
- Very frequent working relations with the PMOs of the Group HR departments
- Frequent working relations with Group HR & business stakeholders
- Frequent working relations with local L&D teams
