As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of **Finance Manager, EMENA** will be pivotal in modernizing our operations capabilities across McCain Foods.
**Accountabilities**:
- Collaborate with our Global Team to implement the business transformation program.
- For their region, lead requirements gathering, solution design activities, configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Participate in business planning and strategy sessions as it relates to the transformation program.
- Participate in continuous improvement of finance processes by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Maintain governance structures to manage risks, monitor progress, and ensure the program stays within budget and timelines.
- Collaborate on change management efforts within the region, ensuring that the team is fully prepared and trained on the new systems.
- Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions and regions to understand concerns, gather feedback.
- Partner with business process owners, digital technology teams, and external partners to define and validate processes and test scenarios.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities(matrix).
- Effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Familiarity across all functions of the finance department; across record to report processes.

- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality.
- Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.
