**Job Description**:
Reporting to the IT Corporate Manager, your mission will be to define and improve our Digital Workspace.
The Corporate IT team is responsible of workstation administration for 300 users in Europe:
- Computer equipment, including logistics, managing stock and obsolescence
- workstation administration (configuration, security, tooling) and control
- Office equipment : network, access, meeting room / events equipment and administration
- SaaS and other workstation software management
- User support
**Team works regularly with**:
- Other IT Ops teams : security, sysops
- Project manager
- Operation manager
- HR team
Post is based in Paris with partial remote accepted.
**Missions**:
Your missions will be:
- to define IT Corporate architecture
- to define and lead team projects (industrialize on/offboarding, centralize access management... )
- to define team procedures and enforce them
- to produce documentation (knowledge base, procedures) for team and users
- to manage part of the company SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Office 365, Active Directory, Aircall...)
- to manage computer, networks and office equipments (stock, purchases, configuration)
**Qualifications**:
**Preferred Experience and skills**:
- Experience: you have at least 10 years of experience in workstation administration / IT Support
- Technical expertise : knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, Google Workspace, networking protocols and components
- Project management expertise
- Strong customer service orientation
- Problem solving and forward thinking skills
- Languages: You are fluent in French and have good verbal and written communication skills in English
