Job Title: Contract Electromechanical Engineer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, including wiring, circuit boards, and control systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct mechanical installations, including the assembly and setup of mechanical machines and components.
- Utilize automation expertise to design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes.
- Read, interpret, and work from mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and assembly.
- Use laser-guided positioning technology to achieve precise and accurate installation of equipment and components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electromechanical systems and installations.
- Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain detailed documentation of installations, modifications, and repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical installations.
- Strong background in automation and the implementation of automated systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Experience in mechanical machine assembly.
- Expertise in laser-guided positioning for precise installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications related to electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in Ireland.
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects.
Contract Details:
- Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience.
- Contract duration: 6 months with potential for extension
- Potential for travel to various sites within Ireland.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: €£25.00-£35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
