**CONTRÔLEUR FINANCIER F/H**

We design and market “FieldLogs”, an open Cloud, Mobile and Wearable platform used to digitize a wide set of enterprise technician-driven processes (Aviation, Oil&Gas, Asset Management, etc.). We are an SME based in Paris, France and Minneapolis, USA with mostly large international clients.

**Your Profile**

**Your main responsibilities**
- Interact with our external certified accountants
- Reconcile account balances, prepare/post journal entries and accruals to inform our certified external accountants
- Oversee accounts payable, payroll processes
- Produce accurate with monthly and quarterly company
- Review financial records for our external certified accountants
- Perform various ad hoc information support and reporting tasks as needed to help the financial operation planning of our company
- Help setup and monitor project accounting: revenue/costs
- Support the management in preparing various investment scenarios including initial business cases
- Support and help equip us with the right financial tools on all financial operations aspects

**Your qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an accountant demonstrating the required leadership
- Excellent written, verbal communication and time management skills
- Both in-person and virtual experience in a Financial Services office
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and external communication skills with very good level of proficiency in spoken and written English
- Advanced reconciliation experience
- Economics and Accounting - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data
- Proficient in Excel, including experience designing and troubleshooting pivot tables
