**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
As part of the Director General Services Directorate, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Supporting the development and the implementation of the ESA Knowledge Management roadmap in line with ESA Digital Agenda for Space;
- Supporting the development and the maintenance of ESA Knowledge Map gathering contribution from ESA directorates and services;
- Supporting the consolidation of the ESA Taxonomy Database;
- Supporting the knowledge retention transfer;
- Support business intelligence / foresight activities by working closely with ESA Library Service;
- Support data processing related to the stakeholders' dialogue, especially with the Industrial, Procurement and Legal Directorate and other programme directorates;
- Support design and diffusion of surveys and questionnaires;
- Consolidate ESA Public Value initiatives, in particular the research on public value management;
- Contribute to the finalization of the integrated thinking and reporting pilot and evaluate the way forward;
- Monitor, guide and communicate on corporate initiatives in the frame of ESA organizational transformation;
- Supporting a more effective context analysis of the space sector in close collaboration with the programme directorates;
- Supporting the joint DG-E/DG-P task force on the topic of ESA/EU;
- Supporting the development of stronger ties with ESA’s current and new partners, especially on the area of attracting capital to the European space ecosystem;
- Providing the secretariat to DG-P internal meetings and supporting organizational matters.

**Skills & Experience**:
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

- Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- Be familiar with relevant methods and tools in the domain of competence;
- Keep abreast of market trends and to ensuring the maximum respect of generally accepted ethical rules of confidentiality, loyalty and impartiality, with a view of maintaining an objective and fruitful relationship with customers and suppliers;
- Be capable of effective communication in the English and the French languages (both verbally and in writing); knowledge of German language is an asset ;
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (incl. Project and Visio);
- Mind mapping tools;
- Data analysis tools;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
