Maxeon is looking for a Transportation Specialist
Your main role will be to ensure the proper execution of our deliveries to customers, with the objectives of Quality, Costs and Planning.

**Main tasks**:
As part of an increase in our activity (+28% of volumes in the 2nd quarter compared to the 1st quarter), you support the transport team:
In order to initiate the transport contract, the transportation specialist registers the order. He/she organizes transport with a view to technical, financial, commercial, administrative and environmental efficiency. He/she can define the activity of several operators.
To have the information required on the current activity available at all times, the land freight transportation specialist keeps schedules and dashboards up to date.
He/she ensures the traceability of operations, prevents complaints and disputes and deals with malfunctions in compliance with the transport contract. He/she ensures the smooth running of operations, validates the documents, closes the transport file and sends the items for invoicing to the departments concerned.

**Minimum skills**:

- BTS, Master, business school or engineering school on a 2-year work-study contract, in the field of commerce, management and/or law,
- Fluent English

**Abilities**:

- Fluent English
- Excellent analytical and synthetic skills
- Strength of proposal, proactivity
- Autonomous and very organized (strong mastery of deadlines / ability to prioritize)
- Sense of detail, and ability to adapt to changes related to the international transport market
- Good knowledge of domestic and international transportation
