We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to identify defects will be crucial in delivering top-notch software to our customers.

**Test Planning and Design**

Develop comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.

Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand project objectives and functional requirements.

Identify test scenarios and create test data to simulate real-world usage.

**Test Execution and Defect Reporting**

Execute test cases to validate software functionality and identify defects.

Document and report defects, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce.

Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved.

**Test Documentation and Reporting**

Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.

Ensure that testing artifacts are up-to-date and accessible to the team.

Collaborate with senior team members to identify potential challenges or issues that could impact the quality of software.

**Experience**

At least 2 years of experience in testing (Manual and\or Automation)

**Hard skills**:
Proficiency in manual testing methodologies.

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray).

Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Competencies**:
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Critical thinking and a passion for quality.

**Certification(s)**:
ISTQB Tester Foundation Level is a plus.

**Languages**:
Proficiency in English & French (written and verbal).
