Nous recherchons **un-e Service Engineer (F/H)**, poste basé à Saint-Priest, France.

En tant que Service Engineer, vous êtes l’expert(e) des solutions Drives Danfoss. Vous accompagnez nos clients et partenaires sur le terrain, en leur apportant un support technique de proximité, une expertise pointue et un vrai sens du service.Vous intervenez sur des systèmes complexes pour :Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes ou dysfonctionnements-
Identifier les causes racines et proposer des solutions durables-
Assurer la mise en service, la programmation et l’optimisation des variateurs de fréquence-
Réaliser des tests, documenter les interventions et garantir la qualité du service.- #LI-AG1**What You’ll Be Doing**Être présent(e) sur le terrain ( 50% du temps) pour renforcer votre expertise et la relation client-
Assurer le support terrain, les réparations et les formations techniques-
Être le/la référent(e) Service sur les comptes clés (OEM, G4, grands clients)-
Développer les compétences des techniciens partenaires (support & formation)-
Générer des opportunités commerciales pour le développement du business Service (DLS)-
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales locales et EMEA pour garantir une approche cohérente et centrée client-
Coordonner avec les départements techniques globaux pour assurer un service de haut niveau.**What We're Looking For**Formation technique ou électrotechnique (minimum Bac+3)-
Au moins 8 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le domaine des variateurs de fréquence ou de l’électronique de puissance -Sens du service, autonomie, rigueur et capacité à créer une relation de confiance avec les clients-
Aisance dans la formation, la communication technique et le travail en équipe.- Anglais B2+
