With more than 7,000 employees located in 47 countries, Ceva strives daily to bring to life its vision as a One Health company: “Together, beyond animal health”. on the basis of equal skills We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team of the Ceva’s Global External Manufacturing (GEM) campus. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient end-to-end flow (from our External Manufacturers to our customers) of goods in your scope, ensuring optimal inventory levels, coordinating supply and demand planning. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, manage supply plans (Purchase Orders or Work Orders portfolio) based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and production schedules of our External manufacturers. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to avoid stockouts or overstock situations. - Collaborate with all Ceva Departments and External Manufacturers/Suppliers to align supply chain activities with changes in the life cycle of products. - Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Follows supply performance of our External Manufactures (KPIs: OTD/OFLT, capacities, supply plans of critical components,) - Manage supplier relationships with the collaboration and support of the Key Account Manager (Buyer) and ensure timely delivery of products. - Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings and contribute to strategic planning. - Support the implementation of supply chain systems and process improvements. Join the GEM (Global External Manufacturing) team, which is made up of approximately thirty people, two-thirds of whom are based in France and the other third in the United States. We manage a portfolio of external manufacturers located in approximately twenty countries around the world. GEM is a collaborative, multicultural, and value-driven team.
