What’s the job?

Alfa Laval France & North West Africa is a Sales Company of 130 people, covering France, the French oversea territories as well as 25 countries in Northern and Western Africa, and turning around app. 110 MEURO/year. The Sales Company is organized around 4 Business Groups. The Business Group called “Food & Water” covers the The Food and Water division works with clients specializing in agrobusiness, pharmaceuticals, water and waste, breweries, etc. Its customers are installers, distributors or end users.

Sales volume is currently around 33 M€ with a huge potential to grow

The organization: 3 outside sales teams, which means more than 24 pers including 3 line managers.

Your objectives are:
- Drive profitable sales development in France & North West Africa- Deploy sales process from lead to cash in the Division- Drive your way to market in process business and in transactional business- lead transformation needed to adapt our organization to the new world- Deploy sales process from lead to cash in the Division- Continuously improve the overall business performance through operational and financial KPI’s- Manage customer relationship, including selected local Key Accounts & distributors, towards an improved customer

What you know?

Engineering degree and solid technical background in industrial. Min 15 years of experience in business to business sales, and min 5 years’ in Food or Water sectors.

You have acquired the ability to manage from the lead to the final delivery and customer satisfaction through service. You have a strong leadership driver and you are a change agent maker.

You have a very strong customer centric‘s behavior and strategically mindset.

You speak fluently English.
