**About Binance Accelerator Programme**
- Binance Accelerator Programme is a concise 3 - 6 months programme designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.
**Who may apply**
This is an exciting opportunity where you will have the chance to support in a number of teams including CoinMarketCap, PR, M&A and BD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks within a dynamic and global HR team and have a chance to learn from industry experts.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing support on data maintenance in HR systems and run monthly reports (e.g. HC or training budget).
- Work with cross-functional team members to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations, e.g. coordinating new hire onboarding.
- Responding / re-directing staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Participate in company events and team meetings.
- Work on other ad hoc matters as and when required.
- Key requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies.
- Patient and sensitive with data.
- People focused and a real team player.
- Good English communication skills in both written and oral.
- Critical thinking skills and a quick learner.
