Team objectives
- Our department has to implement the new tools / solutions to protect our company regarding the Cyber Threats

Scope and main objectives
- As a Project Management Officer, you have to bring your expertise to structure and assist the management team to manage all our projects with the transversal view.
- To do that:

- You will create report to have the progress overview on all our transformation projects
- You will follow and verify to achieve our projects regarding the quality, the time and the cost
- You will have the ability to communicate to all the level inside our company
- You will follow all the financial aspect
- You will follow the risks link to all the projects
- You will ensure the quality of our projects

Context
- In order to onboard in your future position, you will be involved on an International Security Program with confirmed PMs and Technical Project Manager, easing your integration
- You will be part of the New Cyber Defense Center in Worldline

Main missions
- Define and Structure our communication to all the stakeholders
- Define and Structure our comitology
- Identify project risks on own perimeter and propose mitigation plan
- Follow-up execution linked to the potential issues during the project in a proactive manner

Profile
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in program management
- Motivated to work in an international environment

- Good written and verbal communication skills - English is mandatory
- Office Suite and Reporting Tools

Desirable skills
- ITIL Foundation
