Join our Compliance & Regulation team for a fix-term opportunity as a Compliance & Regulatory Lawyer (CDD). **Here's how you will have a role to play in this team**: - You play a crucial role in building a culture of compliance within the group; - In this capacity, you contribute to the development of internal policies for the prevention of infringements to antitrust, business criminal law (e.g. corruption, money laundering), sanctions and embargoes legislations, and more broadly, to due diligence obligations imposed on companies; - You monitor projects of new legislations in the aforementioned areas; - You prepare and deliver trainings in the aforementioned areas; - You contribute to the group's legal risk map for compliance-related topics. **The skills that you will need to make an impact**: - You know how to work in project mode with multidisciplinary experts; - You possess strong communication and writing skills; - You have experience both in implementing internal policies and in internal training, including drafting materials and delivering training sessions; - You are recognized for your agility, your ability to make an impact, and your business-centric approach.
