**What are we looking for ?**

Carlo is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead the launch of new markets across the country. The City Launcher will be responsible for executing a go-to-market strategy for new cities, including market research, developing partnerships, and creating brand awareness. This position will report directly to the Head of Expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute a go-to-market strategy that includes identifying target audiences, convincing merchants, building partnerships, and creating brand awareness
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the local community, including government officials, business owners, and community leaders
- Build and manage a team of local ambassadors to help with on-the-ground execution of launch activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, and sales to ensure successful launch and ongoing growth of new markets
- Monitor market performance and adjust launch strategies as needed to drive growth and achieve business goals

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2+ years of experience in launching new markets, preferably in the tech or startup industry / or in sales or marketing positions.

Demonstrated success in building partnerships and creating brand awareness

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Willingness to travel as needed for launch activities
