We are constantly driven by our mission to protect consumer trust in brands, and we're looking for a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing and diverse technology team.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will join the Reporting and Analytics function. Working closely with the Analytics Lead and other team members, your mission will be to transform operational data into actionable insights that empower both our internal stakeholders and our clients.

Your work will be critical in delivering value by:

- ** Providing first line support**to internal clients
- **Gathering requirements**for data analysis and reporting
- **Querying and investigating databases**to answer stakeholders’ questions and addressing data issues
- **Generating reports and dashboards**:

- **Supporting other Analysts** to enhance data accessibility and clarity.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

You will be part of the first line support, spending the majority of your time on gathering data and reporting requirements. This role also involves direct engagement with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.

**Essential Skills**
- A love of data, analytics and problem solving
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data and insights-focused roles.
- Good SQL coding skills (JOINS, CASE statements, basic window functions)
- Understanding of data modeling skills
- Experience with BI tools like PowerBI (including DAX and Power Query)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information
- Curiosity and desire to learn
- A passion for delighting customers by anticipating their needs and helping them see future opportunities to combat evolving scammer behavior
