**About the job**

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Spa Department supervises the Spa Therapist team and reports to the Director of Spa.

**As Head Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Supervise and lead the therapist team.
- Train and develop therapist skills.
- Ensure treatment quality and client satisfaction.
- Organize schedules and manage appointments.Handle stock and inventory management.
- Address client requests and concerns.
- Maintain hygiene and treatment room upkeep.Contribute to service development and promotions.

**As Head Therapist we expect from you**:

- You have previous experience in a similar position within the upscale hospitality sector.
- Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.
- Fluency in French and English is required, along with a third language.
