WE ARE RECRUITING A **NDT INSPECTOR LEVEL 1** TO WORK IN FRANCE ON A WIND ENERGY PROJECT

**JOB OVERVIEW**:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct NDT inspections on wind turbine components, including blades, gearboxes, generators, and nacelle covers
- Utilize various NDT methods such as visual inspection and liquid penetrant inspection.
- Interpret and analyse NDT results to determine the condition of components and identify any defects or issues.
- Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations, as well as new NDT techniques and technologies.
- Maintain NDT equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
- Collaborate with other inspection and maintenance teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of wind turbines.


**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in NDT inspection, with a focus on wind energy components
- Level 1 certification in multiple NDT methods, such as ASNT, PCN, or SNT-TC-1A
- Strong knowledge of NDT techniques, including visual inspection and liquid penetrant inspection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Familiarity with wind turbine components and the wind energy industry is a plus.
