**Job Description**:
EcoVadis is seeking an experienced Selligent Marketing Automation Manager who can pour their creative energy into our mission to make the world’s supply chains more sustainable.

**Responsibilities**
- Use understanding of customer lifecycles and open access strategy to develop and implement complex customer journeys and drive submissions, usage, and awareness
- Map journey flows and messaging, and achieve buy-in with stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of campaigns, including scheduling, some copywriting, audience targeting, editing, proofreading, deploying, and analysis
- Complete technical builds of journeys in our marketing platform Selligent and manage related aspects including data tables and web tags
- Act as the Selligent Subject Matter Expert within the Marketing Operations team, assist with troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed
- Oversee campaign cadence management
- Recommend campaign testing strategies and ensure the execution and analysis of tests to inform improvements to marketing activities
- Proactively make recommendations to improve and automate processes
- Play an active role in building the profile of the team within the wider business
- Lead on initiatives, programs and projects that have a business level impact and contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the team
- Works closely with Product and Customer Service teams on campaign strategy

**Qualifications**:

- You will bring more than three years of experience managing a Selligent instance or similar marketing automation tool
- Strong experience and technical skills in marketing automation platforms
- Experience of planning, implementing and measuring digital marketing campaigns
- Experience building effective customer journeys
- Strong communication and organizational skills - able to multi-task successfully across multiple (potentially competing) priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced culture
- A high level of accuracy and keen attention to detail, especially regarding proofreading
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, deadlines, and expectations
- Solutions-focussed approach and demonstrated creativity in problem solving
- Ability to analyze and interpret results to make recommendations
- Effective relationship management skills with a successful track record of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver quality campaigns and programs
- Creative, curious, and critical thinker, constantly searching for and tapping into new opportunities to impact and achieve success metrics and KPI targets
- Business proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in other languages would be a plus

- Marketing Automation tools: Selligent
- Pardot and Salesforce (bonus)
- Sales Cadence tools - Salesloft or Outreach (bonus)
- Content management platforms
- E-commerce (bonus)
- Google suite (ads, analytics, tag manager etc)
