The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator role coordinates warehouse capacity planning, inventory management, and all outbound logistics operations across the EU region to ensure hardware is delivered on time, and in full at competitive freight rates. Working with Global Shared Service teams who execute on other Supply Chain activities, the role serves as the contact for all supply chain enquiries across the EU region. They will monitor inbound and outbound operations, processes logistics and transport invoices, and provide performance reporting.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- ** Logistics Management**: Process daily orders across Europe, working with 3PLs and internal teams. Investigate delivery and inventory issues, providing solutions as needed.
- **RMA Process Management**:Partner with Hardware support teams to ensure effective RMA process for faulty items
- ** Inventory Accuracy**: Partner with GSS & Global Inventory Leads to ensure accurate item codes for pick processes. Support reporting, physical write-offs, and annual stock takes.
- **Communication & collaboration**: Communicate delivery schedules to all participants and work with the in-market Project Managers as well as GSS to eliminate blockers.
- **Process adherence**: Monitor BAU delivery and major project schedules while organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with GM/Supply Chain Director on monthly IBP processes and automation opportunities.

**Role Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role - Min 3 year.
- Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite including Advanced Excel.
- Technical Knowledge of S&OP IBP processes.
- Fluent French and English language skills is a must.
