Admission Manager

E-L-P, a firm specialized in the recruitment of commercial functions, is looking for two **Admission Managers **for its client.

Our client is seeking two Admission Managers for one of its schools in The Yvelines' deparment to strengthen its teams - **1 full time role and 1 part-time role.**

**Your missions**:

- Inform parents about the programs offered, the admission procedure, the admission requirements and the fees.
- Interview students and parents to understand their objectives and background.
- Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, open days and information sessions.
- Develop innovative communication strategies, campaigns and recruitment programs.
- Participate in all recruitment events: open houses and information sessions, school visits and off-campus events.
- Maintain a CRM database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
- Provide reports on a weekly basis on leads, visits and enrolment numbers.

**Profile required**:

- Bilingual English level (Native Speaking).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Very good knowledge of the private education field.
- Proven temperament for commercial functions, results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Business school training and CRM knowledge.
