What does the job consist?:
**In very close collaboration with the General Manager of the Business Unit (BU) Mixed Signal SOI, you support in the execution of the BU's strategy: you are involved in decisions regarding margins and their improvement through cost reductions, in the definition of innovation needs and obtaining prototypes and qualifications and their execution, the construction of a robust supply chain aligned with growth demands, and the daily monitoring of new product launch projects.**: Requirements & qualifications:
**Job requirements**:
- Enable the fulfillment of the 5 Year Business Plan (5YBP). Support the process of updating and consolidating the 5YBP.
- Monitor the monthly P&L reports and support managing the gap closure activities in close alignment with the finance and the central planning team.
- Owner of the planning process for BU Mixed Signal SOI. Monitor and drive demand/capacity process for the BU in close alignment with all stakeholders (Sales, Central Planning, Innovation, Operations and Procurement).
- Ensure consistency in the Bill of Materials of all parts/products in the BU. Manage the lifecycle of the products (from product launch until EOL).
- Support the continuous improvement in the relevant business processes.
**Educational Qualifications**:
Degree or Doctor with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent) in an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally in the semiconductor sector.
**Experience / Job Knowledge**:
Good understanding of Semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain management processes.
Experience with managing a P&L
**Personal Capabilities**:
Assertive and credible
Ability to manage priorities, anticipate and be proactive
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.
Adaptable to challenging and changing semiconductor environment
Strong interpersonal skills
