We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power BI Administrator, specializing in Power BI Platform Administration and Governance. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining our Power BI environment, ensuring data governance, and supporting analytics solutions development.
- Administer and maintain the Power BI platform and its infrastructure.
- Implement and manage Power BI governance policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve best practices for governance, design, and solutions.
- Coordinate the platform support operation with a third party.
- Support/advise the teams to design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
- Support/advise the team to perform complex data analysis and create data visualizations and reports for various projects.
- Set up the process to ensure data integrity and quality in databases.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems and implement new features.
- Support troubleshooting and advice to resolve issues as an expert within the Power BI platform.
- Develop and update technical documentation.
- Manage the identification of risks and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.

**Business travels**

Travel to European sites is required for this position.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of proven experience as a BI Developer with a focus on Power BI.
- 5+ years of proven experience in multi-entity Power BI administration and governance.
- Proficient in Power BI administration, governance policies, and best practices (i.e. AD/AAD identity integration, data security & data confidentiality)
- Familiarity with hybrid Power BI deployment (i.e. integration with on-premises Power BI gateway).
- Familiarity with integration with Microsoft Azure platform and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Master DAX and M Language.
