Location : Paris 17 Duration : > 12 months Telework : 2 days per week Start: ASAP **Context**: As we are running some key projects to support our Group and especially Tech transformation, we are looking for a SAP Senior IT Project Manager to lead our Product and Tech SAP transformation project in an international context. - SAP S4/HANA is being implemented and rolled out in all our Group countries Currently the Group is using various Finance ERP with different business processes, the objective is to build one Group solution creating a core model for 16 territories and more than 80 legal entities - The implementation has started early 2022. The Core model v0 has been deployed in the Pilot territory on 1/6/2023 The roll out to other territories will follow. **Objectives**: Lead the SAP transformation project for Product & Technology Work closely with all Business stakeholders to align the strategy and support the change management plan Ensure governance of the programme to make sure it is well executed, ensures its adaptation when necessary - Manage the SAP integrator that has been selected by the Group to roll out the S/4HANA core model within all the Group countries o Ensure the integrator delivers what is in the contract o Ensure EMobG provides on time and quality the contracted inputs - Organize, coordinate and animate the project team, which can be composed of internal or external resources - Follow / monitor status and progress of the activities - While leaving autonomy and accountability to the teams o Without micromanaging - But keeping the right 360 view of plans, changes, events and progress - Ensure the plan is executed as scheduled - Ensure proper level of communication within and outside the project team - Communicate the programme status, issuing regular reporting at the right level of communication and adapted to the audience - Manage the risks and dependencies at the right speed - Unblock the situation in autonomy or through a proper escalation process - Propose and challenge status quo and decisions when necessary - Ensure simplification and fit to SAP standard - Be responsible for the commitment to the project - Coordinate, summarize and ensure the quality of the validations pronounced - Oversee project budgets, financial planning, and cost control A. **Deliverables** - Project plan defined & followed up to meet the commitments/expectations, governance applied as per Product & Tech process - Escalation, decision, arbitration properly managed - Regular communication to project stakeholders, P&T and Business management - Project milestones met on time, on quality, on scope, on budget - P&T methodologies applied - Budget follow up and appropriate reporting of budget / actuals / forecasts to the Group Finance controlling **Technical skills**: - English fluency is mandatory, French or Spanish language would be ideal - Proved experience in leading Finance transformation and SAP implementation and rollout in an international context - SAP knowledge is mandatory - Overall strong experience in IT, having worked not only in “traditional” IT with various “legacy” systems but also knowledge of Data warehouse and Data sciences, Cloud, AI... Has worked with a variety of systems spanning new digital technologies. - Experience managing people and being an operational leader - Demonstrated results in delivering projects and getting things done. Used to operating in different geographies and leading international teams supporting a decentralized, growing/evolving business. - Experimented in using Jira Interested ?
