**HRIS & Process Analyst F/H JOB TITLE F/M/X**

Overall mission:

- Monitor HRIS support processes with internal and external stakeholders ensuring process is efficient and effective. Provide additional support and escalation when needed. Serve as first point of contact with our additional HRIS partner vendors.
- Coordinate and support Key user network. Advise and train key users on system procedures and updates for HR systems.
- Recommend solutions or alternatives to solve business problems and improve HR processes through HCM Cloud.
- Monitor/manage roadmap activities: Provide input into roadmap by monitoring unmet business needs and connecting these to new or existing system functionalities.
- Work with support vendor to identify upcoming enhancements that Nemera should review and consider.
- Manage new functionality implementations, updates and development work. - i.e. requirement gathering, scoping, submitting request to support vendor, testing, confirmation data and experience meets expectations and business value, creation of internal process and training documents - as required.
- Responsible for coordinating the development of new reports and reports improvements.
- Manage timely production and publishing of periodic and ad hoc people metrics and reports as required.
- Audit responsibilities including developing and executing processes to ensure compliance relating to data privacy standard processes and data integrity.

Required Profile:
HR, Business or IT degree, with more than 5 years of experience.

You have a complex HRIS system experience (Oracle HCM Cloud ideally), by diagnosing, isolating and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems, in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with global stakeholders and in a regulated environment with various compliance requirements impacting data and system management. You also have general knowledge and understanding of HR processes, procedures and policies in order to translate business needs into system requirements.

You have strong communication and demonstrated abilities, excellent planning and organizational skills by prioritizing projects.

You’re fluent in English and French, German is a plus.

Occasional travel required to Nemera locations (3/4 trips per year)

This position requires travelling to other plants, up to 25%. We offer the possibility of working from home 2 days per week.

Sous la responsabilité du Global HR Systems Manager vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH, les utilisateurs métier et les fournisseurs externes pour améliorer et soutenir continuellement les systèmes et processus RH de Nemera.

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Assurer le support du SIRH avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Être force de proposition pour résoudre les problèmes éventuels et améliorer les processus RH via HCM Cloud
- Suivre les activités de la roadmap : contribuer à l’analyse des besoins non satisfaits de l'entreprise et trouver les solutions grâce aux fonctionnalités du SIRH
- Travailler en mode projet avec les fournisseurs externes pour identifier et intégrer les améliorations à venir
