Le Fonds d’Assurance Formation des Chefs d’Entreprise exerçant une activité Artisanale (FAFCEA) est une association Loi 1901 placée sous la tutelle du Ministre chargé de l’Artisanat et régie par des statuts ainsi qu’un règlement intérieur. Le FAFCEA a pour mission d’organiser, de développer et de promouvoir la formation de ces chefs d’entreprise ainsi que celle de leurs conjoints collaborateurs ou associés, de leurs auxiliaires familiaux.
Dans le cadre de la mise en place d’une gestion des risques maîtrisées nous proposons un CDD de 6 mois au poste de Chargé(e) de Projet Risk Management, Contrôle et Compliance.
**Mission principale : Proposer une cartographie des risques, des mesures correctives, formaliser un plan de continuité d’activité, un plan de management des risques et des opportunités**
- Interview des services de gestion et supports pour appréhender l’environnement,
- Identifier et analyser les **risques liés aux activités** de l'entreprise,
- Proposer de renforcer les procédures de contrôle interne,
- Effectuer une **veille réglementaire** et identifier les évolutions législatives pertinentes pour l'entreprise,**Profil recherché**:
- Diplômé(e) d’un Master de Risk Management, Contrôle et Compliance ou domaine similaire.
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Bonne connaissance des principes de gestion des risques et des pratiques de conformité.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
