**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
The Indirect Purchasing Process and Project Manager's responsibilities is described under 3 main areas:
1. Lead Processes and systems to support transversally the activity of Indirect purchasing for all the Indirect commodities including Transport and logistic.
3. Participates to the transformation and continuous improvement projects of Indirect Organization to improvement of efficiency and performance
- Reporting:
The position is reporting to the Group Indirect Purchasing Excellence and Transformation Manager. As part of this role, the position could have some direct and/or dotted line report depending on the activity and projects to deploy.

The main missions of the role are:
**_1. Processes and Systems:_**
- Be the System and Process owner and expert for Indirect Purchasing activities. Ensure compliance in partnership with P2P team in Shared services and Process team in Hella.
- Support systems and ICB audits preparation. Review findings and actions plan with regions and coordinate central actions plan.
- Responsible for maintaining indirect Purchasing procedures in the different systems up to date according to the changes engaged
- Leads process and system convergence with Hella. Identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Develop solutions & process set-up to support evolution of purchasing orientations. To this end, animate workshops with commodities and regions to design and align new processes and RASCI. Secures change management through training and communication.
- Work closely with GBS transformation team to drive common governance for Indirect Procurement. Build, design and roll out Shared services deployment roadmap. Define RASCI.
- Support and coordinate with IdP purchasing team and Digital and data managers the development of IdP processes in Ariba : Supplier qualification and target panel definition in SLP, Strategic and tactical sourcing in S2C and strategy implementation in Ariba Guided Buying.

**_ 2. Projects Management :_**
- Manage Indirect purchasing projects transversal to all commodities
- Represent Indirect Purchasing in transversal projects led by Excellence Central team
- Lead entities integration projects and coordinate activities to be done by different actors
- Lead pre-evaluation of different projects investigated and propose business cases with different scenarii and recommendations
- Support elaboration/execution of go/no-go IdP scenariis, testing plans to ensure proper rollout of projects
- Lead and monitors projects related to Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and Risk management.

3. Transformation and continuous improvement_**
- Participate to reflections and brainstorming sessions to improve Indirect purchasing operating model for the systems and Process part.
- Networking inside and outside Faurecia to capture benchmark and new solutions, initiatives potentially applicable to Faurecia.
- Lead Change Management activities to conduct the different bricks of transformation
- Work closely with Indirect Purchasing Excellence and Transformation to create standard practices, tools and templates to report and communicate on strategic orientations
- Leverage good practices across the Indirect organization - with the support of Purchasing Support Platform
- Monitors the IdP Onboarding training modules and training content, ensures it is up to date.

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:
Minimum education level: Engineering or Master Degree in Business, Purchasing or Technical
5-8 years of experience in an industrial context, automotive industry would be a plus
Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management engaging different transversal departments.
Minimum 3 years experience in commodity management.
Experience in an Indirect Purchasing organization a Plus.

2. Hard skills :_**
Knowledge of Purchasing processes with some digital solutions
High agility with digital tools and data management including capacity to use Power BI and Power App
Experience with SAP and Ariba is a plus
Fluent English is mandatory, 2nd language: French or German are a plus
