**Description du poste** Background**
Inetum was acquired by Bain Capital Private Equity in Q4 2022. With this arrival, Inetum is securing the necessary resources to fulfil the Group's strong growth prospects, focusing on:

- Digitization of all production capacities
- Organic growth above market players’average
- Focus on vertical and intermediate markets
- Investment in key talent for the transformation of digital uses
- Specific partnerships with suppliers to increase the Group's expertise
- Strategic acquisitions to consolidate the Group's expertise and international dimension

**Your mission**
Directly reporting to the Global Transformation Officer, the Transformation Manager lead will:

- Own transformation initiatives involving multiple Geographies and Business lines
- Drive implementation of plans through dedicated governance, reporting and drumbeat
- Monitor execution from a financial and operational perspective
- Proactively contribute to problem solving to achieve transformation objectives
- Identify key decision elements to drive Top Management, Exco and Board decision making on strategic questions

**Qualifications** Your profile**

You preferably come from an A-grade Engineering or Business School and have a proven experience of 2-5 years in consulting or auditing firm in the internal consulting team from a corporate. A previous IT services company experience would be a plus. To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills:

- Advanced Financial Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable leadership on large-scale projects such as transformation plans, merger integrations, carve-outs, value creation
- Broad operational experience across industry combined with advisory experience

In addition, the following soft skills will be necessary to thrive in the role:

- Strong facilitation skills, forging consensus around credible, executable solutions, ability to engage with leadership teams
- Drive and Influence skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Curiosity
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking
- Organizational Skill
