Strategy and M&a Senior Analyst

Within the Headquarters of Nemera based downtown Lyon, as part of the Strategy and M&A Team, you will participate in creating the company’s strategies, as well as defining & executing Nemera M&A activities. **Main responsibilities**: **Participate to the definition of the company’s strategies** - You will participate in defining and implementing Nemera’s strategy by performing market analysis, competitive landscape mapping, strategic positioning, and defining related strategic initiative. - You will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve high-priority, strategic issues (such as “where to play”, “how to win”). - You will perform in depth ad-hoc analysis (financial modelling, prospective business plans consolidations, etc). **Participate to M&A activities** You will participate in the M&A activities of Nemera, including - Target screening activities: participate to the identification of M&A targets aligned with Nemera’s overall strategy - Pre deal activities: participate in managing Due diligence experts and/or performing selected due diligence, assisting with synergy reviews, assist the preparation of “day-one” and post merger integration plan - Post deal activities: participate following up the implementation of the post merger integration plan This description includes the main tasks but is not exhaustive. **Required Profile**: - Education:_ Business / Management / Economics or Pharma/ biotech/Engineering educational degree. - Skills & Experience_ - Minimum 2 years of experience in either a strategy consulting firm or the strategy department of a healthcare company. Experience in business development roles could also be considered. - Strong experience in commercial due diligence and/or client-based corporate strategy projects - Fluent in English (oral & written) - Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel) - Nice to have_ - Knowledgeable in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, post-merger integration - Knowledge of the pharma industry, medical device industry and/or the drug delivery device industry You have excellent analytical skills and you are recognized as a strategic thinker. You are result oriented and you are comfortable with conducting both primary (interviews, surveys) and secondary (desk-based) market research. Au sein du siège de Nemera basé à Lyon, en tant que membre de l'équipe Stratégie et Fusions et Acquisitions, vous participerez à la création des stratégies de l'entreprise, ainsi qu'à la définition et à l'ex - cution des activités de Fusions et Acquisitions de Nemera. **Principales responsabilités**: Participez à la définition des stratégies de l'entreprise: - Vous participerez à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de Nemera en réalisant des analyses de marché, une cartographie du paysage concurrentiel, un positionnement stratégique et en définissant les initiatives stratégiques correspondantes. - Vous effectuerez des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives pour résoudre des problèmes stratégiques hautement prioritaires (tels que "où jouer", "comment gagner"). - Vous effectuerez des analyses ad hoc approfondies (modélisation financière, consolidation des plans d'affaires prospectifs, etc.) - Participer aux activités de fusion et d'acquisition: - Vous participerez aux activités de fusions et acquisitions de Nemera, notamment via la sélection des cibles : vous participerez à l'identification des cibles de fusions et acquisitions en accord avec la stratégie globale de Nemera. - Activités pré-opérationnelles : vous participez à la gestion des experts en matière de due diligence et/ou à l'exécution de la due diligence sélectionnée, vous parti
