- You will assist the manager of the of the Application labs and Perfumery Support for all aspects linked to the management of information, work organisation and follow-up within Applications and Perfumery laboratories. You will also handle by SAP all classic administrative tasks: travels, orders of materials, equipment...**Reporting to the Head of Application Laboratories, you will**:

- **Assist the manager**:

- Manage orders (consumables, labs materials, chemical samples, equipment...) and stationery through SAP.
- Manage the stocks of all consumables under your guidance.
- Manage contacts with our main suppliers for contracts maintenance. Coordinate visits on site.
- Search for new contacts/suppliers related to new requests (i.e.packaging )
- Communicate with our local buyer and technical services.
- Monitor expenses vs budget on a monthly basis.
- Help/Support in the resolution of daily IT / equipment problems.
- Run and maintain up-to-date presence / absence planning for Perfumers Assistants.
- Be a contact and ensure onboarding of new team members.
- Coordinate the integration and follow-up of the temporary staff (trainees, apprentice, consultants...)
- Attend team meetings and draw up reports.
- **Perfumery Support**:

- Ensure the back-up for the Perfumers group (Consumer Products).
- Handle work related to travel organisation and expenses, for perfumers.
- Liaise and exchange information on behalf of perfumers, with other departments.
- Assure the relevant integration of the perfumer from other sites

- Experience in a similar position
- English and French languages
- Knowledge of IT tools
- Excellent relation skills
- Thoughtfulness
- Creativity
- Work on many different matters at the same time
