- Site scope_
- P&ID
- Update / modify the current P&ID.
- Implement the global numbering on P&ID modifications.
- 2D layout
- Update / modify the current site layout & Master plan.
- Highlight any conflicts with current or future equipment / project and make proposals.
- 3D
- Design, calculate and size the pipes for all process changes.
- Create the 3D model of Site project.
- Create the 3D model of Site environment for several projects.
- Integrate this model in the current 3D model of Site plant.
- Highlight any conflicts with current or future equipment / project and make proposals.
- Anticipate the next wave projects and protect space for access & construction.
- Project follow up / Study items.
- Generate the pipe isometrics drawing according to the 3D.
- Generate the list of materials for pipe order.
- Write all the pipe specifications with all safety, quality, constructability items, and deliverables.
- Make a BVOA of several propositions offers following the request for quotations made on the 3D.
- Check on the field, the current as built vs the original design, and correct the discrepancy.
- Generate the list of equipment & tag for IQ / OQ protocol.
- On Going Construction
- Provide technical data needed during RFQ.
- Provide craning plans in case needed.
- Ensure construction is made according to the isometrics with daily follow up.
- Check the quality of the construction and able to validate that the as built process complies with the clean design requirements (welding quality, dead leg, drainabilty).
- Can support the passivation process and check the quality result.
- Global scope_
- P&ID
- Create the structure & interconnections of global P&ID.
- Create & Update the Global P&ID.
- Implement the global numbering.
- 2D layout
- Create & update the skids layout.
- Create & update the global layout with the skid’s layout.
- Highlight any conflicts with current or future equipment for implementation and make proposals.
- Ensure accessibility & maintainability of each equipment.
- Ensure constructability via modularization.
- 3D
- Create the 3D model of each skid of global skids, make proposals of different solutions.
- Create & integrate the 3D model of the full global project with skids.
- Ensure constructability via modularization.
- Highlight any conflicts with current or future equipment / project.
- Manage all the 3D equipment bibliotheca in ASME.
- Study items
- Check skid sizes for transportation & lifting.
- Documentation_
- Create & organize the folder architecture for document retention.
- Create & organize & maintain folder name classification.
- Ensure the regular back up of all documentation on a hard disk.

- High autonomy (request minimum management, self organized), ask for general instructions & technical information.
- Make proposals of technical realizations with advantages / disadvantages.
- Able to check & verify on site some technical information.
- Able to do project construction follow ups.
- Able to give safety and construction feedback during construction.
- Capable to understand technical equipment documentation (vendor documentation).
- Knows & get experiences with Autocad 2D & 3D software.
- Knows & get experiences with pipes norms ASME / SMS / DIN.
- Knows & get experiences with pipe & valve & instrumentation technologies (slope, type of valves, pipe connections, PIT, TIT, flowmeter).
- Knows & get experiences with clean design technologies.
- Get already 3D equipment / valves bibliotheca created integrated with the Autocad software.
- Ideally, knows the work process of Site and Site Making process or at least the shampoo cosmetic process.

- The CAD drawer will be located on site to be fully integrated with the project team.
- The vendor will provide the CAD station for the drawer and will provide to CLIENT the serial number of each software license used.
- All documentation created during this project, is owned by CLIENT, so the vendor will provide native files.
- A CDA will be signed between CLIENT & and the vendor.
- During the construction period, it could be requested to work on some Saturdays (always following the French law), to support the project in a very specific punctual period.
- English language level: basic requirement.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: 50,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year
