Would you like to be involved in the analysis of customer complaints, failures, and warranty claims. You like to be in contact with the various actors of society and have a spirit of analysis and synthesis. If so, KOHLER Power Systems EMEA has a great opportunity for you
You will be in charge of initiating the preliminary analyses necessary for the resolution of failures. To manage, document and monitor progress with the relevant departments. Lead analyses using problem-solving methodologies and write reports summarizing customer failures. Define the needs to update the procedures in case of process change.
**Skills/Requirements**
Technical training or knowledge of the generator set;
3-8 years of professional experience in a technical environment;
Fluency in English required;
Knowledge of Office Pack tools - QAD;
Analytical and synthesis skills;
Rigor, autonomy, formalism;
Sense of interpersonal skills and teamwork;
Flexibility and responsiveness;
Communication and interaction skills.
