Core Responsibilities include:

- Collaborate & set key requirements for future products and solutions in line with regulations, market trends & customer needs.
- Facilitate & plan for research & innovation activities to generate & select engineering architecture(s) that meet the requirements.
- Contribute to build value propositions across business segments for our technology development, aligned with business leadership
- Support & identify needs for new technologies development & implement into technology & innovation roadmaps.
- Co-own and maintain the global technology and innovation roadmaps, aligning with product and solution roadmaps within the strategically critical domain
- Supervise and ensure timely delivery of first-generation technology and innovation (Pre-P0 NPD, TRL4).
- Monitor industry trends and advancements that could benefit the customer, create competitive advantage or respond to disruption in the market
- Participate & influence prioritization across R&D organizations, including Innovation, Centers of Excellence, and Business Engineering.
- Look for opportunities for technology insertion as well as global platform development, leveraging enterprise level synergies across the organization.
