**Program Structure**: each year focuses on a key business area, ensuring you develop a broad and strategic understanding of Powerdot’s operations:
\[ Year 1 ] Operations & Performance - Based in France
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure financial (P&L) and operational (reliability & availability) performance.
- Lead a small team of field technicians and ensure their skill development.

\[ Year 2 ] Deployment & Expansion - Based in France
- Oversee the expansion of our EV charging network and infrastructure deployment.
- Develop relationships with strategic partners and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

\[ Year 3 ] Strategic Specialization - Based in Portugal
- In the final year, you will lead a cross-functional, high-impact project aligned with your strengths.
- Central Operations & Hardware: Define the global maintenance strategy, develop new tools for our deployment and operations teams, integrate Gen-AI into our user support service, and manage our charging station suppliers.
- Product & Engineering: Take charge of a key project on our front-end or back-end and design innovative solutions to enhance the user experience. From ideation to production, be at the heart of technological advancements that make charging smoother and more intuitive for our customers.
- Energy Optimization: Revolutionize energy management with an intelligent machine learning algorithm. Optimize battery usage, maximize power where it’s needed most, and integrate our infrastructure into the electrical grid to establish Powerdot as a key player in the energy transition.
- Data & Analytics: Design the future of our charging network supervision with a machine learning-based monitoring software. Develop tools to maximize availability and ensure the best user experience through high-performance charging station management.

\[ Post-Program ] Career Path
Transition into a management role in France or within our central team to lead key strategic projects.
Who are we looking for?
- Graduates from top-tier business or engineering schools (Master’s level, Bac+5).
- Analytical and business-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, leadership potential, and a results-driven approach.
- Passionate about sustainable mobility and innovation.
- Fluent in French & English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willing to relocate (Paris for 2 years + 1 year in Portugal).
