**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**What You’ll Do**
Through your role within the Investment Monitoring and Responsible Investment teams, you will:
- Support the IFRS consolidation of Group investment earnings by ensuring timely and accurate reporting in coordination with local entities.
- Analyze and challenge the financial performance of AXA's investments across actuals, strategic planning, budget, and forecast cycles.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of the new Investment Income reporting and Funds Distribution Dashboard as well as other initiatives of process enhancements.
- Analyze extra-financial data and support the review of sustainability KPIs to assist the Responsible Investment Team.
- Automate extra-financial monitoring and reporting processes using SQL and Python to improve efficiency and data reliability within the Responsible Investment team.
- Assist in preparing sustainability and climate-related disclosures to support compliance efforts and contribute to AXA’s regulatory reporting obligations.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Who You Are**
- Working towards a master’s degree in finance, data science or equivalent.
- Strong interest in sustainability topics, financial markets, ESG investing.
- Analytical skills and critical mind with eagerness to challenge data providers, methodologies and provide improvements.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact effectively with various internal stakeholders.
