**Job description**:
**Overall job functions**:
As part of the development of EV battery cell & modules, define with the project teams the tests to be carried out in accordance with the applicable standards and special customers or internal ACC requirements and manage them with internal ACC teams or external laboratories to validate that the EV ACC products are compliant to the requirements contained in the specifications.

**Main missions**:
**Define/Establish **_. _**
- To analyse inputs product specifications and applicable regulation and to fulfill compliance matrix during RFQ and during development process steps.
- To negotiate with external customers & project some requirements or test set-up for optimization
- To define with eng and project teams special tests validation to be performed for derisking.

**Build **
- To build and adjust the product validation & qualification strategy (agenda, organization, external lab management,.)
- To evaluate the budget for all validation & qualification tests and all needed dedicated development tools.

**Guarantee**
- To respect the project time schedule and the budget for validation & Qualification
- To manage the technical team of V&V engineers for elaboration of test set-up (type of product, sensors and instrumentation.and the test results according to the time schedule)
- Synthetizes Product tests results to the project team for customer feedback & escalation of deviations in close cooperation with V&V engineers.

**Lead**
- To lead and organize the activities with technical ACC test lab people.
- To follow external test lab activities according to commercial agreement.
- To adjust schedule & budget for validation & qualification according project reorientation/priorities.

**Contribute**
- To share best practices within ACC test team (template, process, product tests results, technical expertise -thermal/environmental/safety/Embedded SW/ Electrical/ Li ion technology..)
- To update KPI & reporting according ACC process and objectives

**Share **
- To update official test report area according product test progress.

**Profile**:
**Knowledge**:

- Electrical, Physical Measurement, Environmental/mechanical tests

**Experience**:

- Min 3 years in similar job activities with V&V activities on tests for Industrial or automotive market with a complete component validation & qualification activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree or Eng degree with Electrical or Physical Measurement
- Good level in English.

**Key behaviours**:

- Li Ion battery, V&V activities, Tests set-up and instrumentation, power electronics, thermal and safety. Huge environmental constraints (mechanical, thermal, shock & vibrations, safety)/ MAthlab Simulink/ lab test programmation.

**Some extra skills that could make the difference**:

- Reactive, Well organized, Good relationship / communication. Quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, PDCA). PLM tools.
