Within the Human Resources Department, in an international context, you will assist the Human Resources team in the implementation of HR processes (consulting, administration, support to employees and managers etc.) and in the implementation and monitoring of global HR projects.

Under the responsibility of the tutor, you will be entrusted with the following tasks
- Support to HR programmes (GEPP, recruitment, training,...)
- Support to HR consultants in coaching managers on HR processes
- Support for internal mobility files
- Support / Administrative management of personnel files
- Development of communication actions and participation in different events with schools
- Preparation of/participation in various meetings with the IRP (training committee, etc.)
- Consolidation of various HR management charts

Skills to be acquired or developed during the work experience period:

- HR process, recruitment, training
- Communication
- Management of the IRP
- Minimum 4 years of higher education
- Good level of English
- Office 365

Apprenticeship contract only, no professionalization contract
