**Offer description**:
Your mission

As part of a temporary replacement contract, you will report to the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for a portfolio of cleaning and multiservice customers.

Your missions are as follows:
**Management**:

- Leading the teams and sectors under your responsibility.

**Technology**:

- Organization and management of the worksite (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules) to ensure compliance with specifications.

**Commercial**:

- Constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promotion and quotation of additional and exceptional work.

**Management / Administration**:

- Analysis and summary of site reports with the Agency Manager.

**Human resources management**:

- Management of the recruitment process, personnel administration and agent training, control and management of time and attendance.

**Health and safety**:

- Participation in drawing up prevention plans, monitoring authorizations, compliance with procedures.

Your assets

Do you have a 2 or 3-year higher education qualification?

Do you have a proven track record in management, site supervision and team leadership, ideally in the service sector?

Are you recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work as part of a team?

Do you have a sense of responsibility and results?

Your decision-making skills will help you succeed in this position
